When former Choc Boy Ibrahim Olawale Ashimi started ranting on twitter on Tuesday (22nd of October 2013), a lot of media heads raised eye brows and questions as to why the "Ara" crooner was pouring out his pained heart to twitter, taking shots and throwing shades in different directions.
However reports recently revealed that the Ex-Choc Boy has been served a court injunction by his former record label. The injunction according to sources prohibits Brymo from distributing and recording music for his contract with the label is valid until 2016. This means Brymo cannot release any album if he is not under the Chocolate City flagship until 2016.
This legal action seems to be a resultant reaction of Chocolate City to the release of the singer's latest album “Merchants, Dealers & Slaves” online.
Brymo is a talented artist, it's sad to see his career suffer so much. When artistes have managerial issues most times, it's their careers that suffer. Be Strong Brymo.
