Thirst Traps: Attention Creation

A Thirst Trap According To Urban Dictionary Is ” Any Statement Or Picture Used To Intentionally Create Attention Or Thirst ” . Now If You Break Down Both Of These Words The Word Thirst Means ” A Form Of Lust Of Or Want Of Members Of The Opposite Sex, This Term Can Refer To Both Males And Females ” The Word Trap Means ”  To Capture Or Catch ” Some Common Social Sites Were Your Local Thirst Trap Can Be Found Are Twitter , BBM , Facebook And Instagram . Thirst Traps Can Often Look Like ” Going Out Take Out Tonight Take A Look At My Dress ; Or New Avi What Do You Guys Think ” When These Thirst Traps Are Set The Bait to Draw You In Is Usually Their Breast , Ass, Legs  Or Some Type Of Flesh . Thirst Traps Are Usually Set By Lonely Attention Craving Urban Women (trying hard to refrain from any derogatory words). Who Usually Have Massive Amounts Of Followers.

If Your breasts, Ass or thighs Is constantly In Your Avi or your Instagram, you are a thirst trapper . If you always quote RT and reply tweets from twitter accounts like @Sextionnaire, you are a thirst trapper. If you randomly tweet explicitly about sex you are a thirst trapper. If you tweet shit like "Boys with dimples ❤❤/ Boys with abs ❤❤/Boys with cute smiles ❤❤/I need a boo" etc, you are nothing but  a thirst trapper. These numerous thirst traps will come at you with every refresh and scroll down you do. You see updates like "Wish I Had Someone To Watch This Movie With ; Bored to death”  "Home alone today, who wanna chill?", "Who in Lekki wants to take me out?" The most recently common of all is "Who is at Ikeja City Mall/ Palms and wants to chill”. If you see any of the above as tweets or facebook posts, just keep scrolling nigga, keep scrolling.

These days it don't even matter if she is cute or ugly as long as she is female with a body. Instagram girls do this thing with mirrors where they sit on the platform adjacent the mirror and take pictures. You see pictures like that and that ass look so good, you have no choice but to click "Like".  The worst is when they take full length pictures in leggings, you see the hips, you see the ass, and you being a sexually active human male, all you can do is double-tap to like. You will see how much attention a female would get over a simple "Who Around ; Wanna Chill ; Need To Cuddle ”  tweet or Instagram caption, the response is always  so unreal . I've seen a girl have 90+ Likes  and 200+ comments on a simple  "Need Plans For The Day”  Instagram caption with no tags for that matter. You'll see Niggas be tripping over each other, drooling like dogs with comments and likes over these thirst traps. Before the birth of these sex tweeters and the likes I remember a twitter by the handle of @SteffanieZ, this girl was a professional thirst trapper and I'm sure a major percentage of niggas that actively tweeted between 2011 and 2012 fell for her traps . If You say you didn't Bruhh you're a liar... I got tangled in a few thirst webs myself . Things like these happen to the best of us.

To round this up, i have to add that Thirst Is also when a girl continues to tell you No and you don't quit the chase, this popularly recognised as the infamous art of curving (or Ela Ojukan #_O in layman's terms) . Sadly though we niggas are on the lower end of the balancing beam for setting thirst traps. A few niggas found a way around that though, some niggas be tweeting pictures from the gym or Instagram pictures showing their biceps or pictures of them in cars or most disgustingly, pictures of them In tight briefs that show the outline of their d*#ks, for girls into shit like that. Of course them niggas won't caption it to look a obvious  like thirst trap like girls do, its usually something deeper. So as a girl if you find yourself liking that guy's gym picture or that picture of that dude in briefs, there's a high chance you just got thirst trapped. Nonetheless As a guy, there are very few ways to successfully seed Thirst Traps but If  you  find A method that works Use It judiciously and don't abuse It. Remember, always obey your thirst .
