Music enthusiasts will remember Lil Kim's outrageous outfit at the 1999 VMA's. That year while presenting the awards along side songstress Diana Ross, Ross was so blown away by the outfit that she had to cop a feel of Kim's boobies. Well in a fun story, Miley dressed up like Lil Kim for Halloween and posted the picture on twitter. In the midst of gasps and wows, Kim tweeted "I Wish I was There To Squeeze Your Boob".
