Yes, what you see above is the first page of the legal document of the Khloe Lamar divorce. The Seven page document also has some interesting points:

1. The date of Khloe and Lamar’s separation is listed as TBD. It’s unclear why the date can’t be determined at this time, but it could have something to do with the fact that Lamar and Khloe didn’t exactly have a clean breakup. They reportedly briefly reunited after she kicked him out

of their home in September, following his DUI arrest on Aug. 30.

2. Khloe has requested a divorce based on irreconcilable differences. She has also requested that the judge restore her maiden name, Kardashian.

3. Khloe has requested that certain assets be considered separate property, not marital property. That includes her jewelry, any of her earnings made before, during or after the date of separation, and any additional separate property assets as mandated by the couple’s prenup. We’re sure Lamar has given Khloe some beautiful bling over the years, and she’s not about to let it go!

4. Khloe has also made a request to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to Lamar.HollywoodLife.com reported EXCLUSIVELY thatLamar hasn’t always been smart when it comes to his finances, so it’s no surprise that Khloe isn’t prepared to give him a penny more than he deserves.

Khloe Kardashian To File Divorce Papers Today

After months of speculation, sources according to tmz reveal that Kardashian sister, Khloe will be citing irreconcilable differences in her legal documents to finalise her divorce with NBA baller Lamar Odom. 

Lamar recently released a bizarre freestyle rap video -- where he bragged about cheating on Khloe behind her back. Apparently the video was the straw that broke the camel's back of their short-lived marriage. Khloe even stopped wearing her wedding band ever since. 

The duo should go their separate ways pretty easy since they both signed a pre-nuptial and there were no kids or assets involved.

Also similar to a last minute play taken by Kim Kardashian's Ex-Husband, Chris Humphries, the baller is also demanding his  $875,000 engagement ring back.

He’s a loose cannon, and he has a lot of dirt on the family and nothing to lose,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “He knows all about their extreme surgery procedures – when, how often and how much – and the pressure put on the younger girls to follow suit.”

“Lamar is also prepared to destroy Khloe’s reputation by discussing their sex tape, and how she targeted him and tore his family apart.”

Meanwhile, with statistics showing the Kardashian family’s popularity is falling fast, Boss-Mom, Kris is very keen on Khloe finalizing the divorce. “Kris is insisting on a confidentiality agreement to ensure Lamar can never discuss his life with the Kardashians either in print or verbally,” noted the source. “He’s not signing anything until they cough up the dough.”

Once he did, she put him on speaker and — boom — Khloe and her kin hit ‘em wit da hee.Crazy Days and Nights reports:Lamar Odom got a message to call Khloe Kardashian. He called her and then she told him to call back in a few minutes. Before he called back she was told by Kris Jenner to get to Kris’ house so the call could be filmed.Remember this is the same group of people that said they didn’t want to have anything to do with Lamar’s situation be on the show. They just wanted to help him. When Lamar called back Khloe put him on speaker which he wasn’t expecting and wasn’t expecting the entire family to be listening and involved in the call. Apparently they spilled out every rumor and fact that has been going on with him and his affairs and drug use and said if went to rehab they wouldn’t use the footage but that if he didn’t it would show that they all cared about him and did their best.Apparently the reason Khloe dropped the Odom from her Instagram was they are making an episode about the couple getting divorced and her changing it was filmed so everything can all fit together.Lamar may love himself some Kardashians, but when a family’s empire is largely built on exploitation and enabling all things invasive, if this story turned out true, I wouldn’t be surprised. After-all, it is the Kardashian way.
